Ericka is Payroll Law, HR Law and QuickBooks certified, which allows her the flexibility of filling a lot of different roles at Clark Raymond Company. Ericka currently represents several clients in need of bookkeeping services, whether as a business or on an individual basis.

As the firm’s Operations and Human Resources Director, Ericka manages the day-to-day operations, develops policy and coordinates activities that range from producing department functions to managing employee benefits. In addition to these responsibilities, she also oversees the firm’s accounting and billing department.

One of her best qualities is her easy-going, friendly attitude that makes her successful in all her various roles. When she’s not herding cats at the office, she can be found playing with her twin boys or taking in a Mariners or Seahawks game.
